The Queensland Symphony Orchestra, led by conductor Alondra de la Parra, presented a breathtaking performance of one of Gustav Mahler’s brightest, most extroverted scores, Symphony No.3 at the Concert Hall, QPAC on Saturday 24 November. Featuring Finnish Mezzo-Soprano, Lilli Paasikivi as well as choristers from Brisbane Birralee Voices and Resonance of Birralee, more than 200 singers and musicians performed a concert of stunning scope and beauty.
