In The Yogic Kitchen, Ayurvedic health coach, cook and yoga teacher Jody Vassallo offers 100 recipes as well as a holistic guide to Ayurveda that shows readers how to identify which of the three main constitutions (or Doshas) they are and how they can support their Dosha with the right food medicine.
