Changing MindSpace

Changing MindSpace will be hosting its free ‘Everyday Mindfulness for Stress Management’ on Monday, 8 May. This session will enable participants to gain an understanding in what mindfulness is and its benefits; understanding, acknowledging and accepting stress; and simple everyday mindfulness practices that are designed to help.
