Emporium Hotel South Bank is proud to announce its Assistant Concierge Quintin McLeod has been appointed as Australia’s newest member of the prestigious International Concierge Society, Les Clefs d’Or (The Golden Keys). The appointment positions Emporium Hotel South Bank as one of the only properties in Queensland with two team members honored with this title, the other being Chief Concierge Graham Hodgson, further demonstrating the hotel’s commitment to service.

General Manager of Emporium Hotel South Bank Peter Savoff, who is also an honorary member of Les Clefs d’Or said, “We are very lucky to have Quintin as part of our Concierge Team. This is no small achievementby Quintin and we are extremely proud of the hard work and dedication that was necessary to receive the prestigious Les Clefs d’Or(The Golden Keys).” Quintin prepared for more than two years to meet the exacting standards set by the selection committee, who conducted its final interview with him in Melbourne last month. “We are very proud to be the only hotel in Queensland with two members who have achieved this honour,” said Peter.

Today, the elite concierge organisation has more than 4000 members world-wide, with only 52 of those members based in Australia.
