Sarah Rayner celebrated her showcase Flowerbones at Onespace Gallery Saturday 8 September. Her latest work features the intricate use of porcelain to create delicate, pure white pods in the shape of the female reproductive organs of native plants. The artisan’s sculptures are said to morph from familiar to deeply strange as the viewer is drawn through the groups of objects. The exhibition will run until Thursday 4 October.
