Brisbane developer Spyre Group has unveiled its Soko Skyhomes two penthouse suites at its West End water front location. The rooftop apartments feature uninterrupted views of the Brisbane River, with VIP lift access, and officially launched at a rooftop preview of the suites on Thursday 15 March, with one of the penthouse suites selling an hour before the preview.

The luxury suites beat 2.9 metre high ceilings, in a 230 square metre internal space, orientated towards the river. Each penthouse boasts a rooftop retreat, pool with wet edge seating, outdoor kitchen, and entertaining spaces. The sophitsticated apartments are designed to incorporate the balcony seamlessly into the living area, and possess contemporary kitchens stocked with Gaggenau appliances, stone bench tops, modern cabinetry with soft close drawers, and Pitt cook tops.

European stone tiles meet floor to ceiling internal gardens, with 60 square metres of real lawn connecting to the outside deck. Internal skylights throughout the bedrooms allow natural light and ventilation to flow through the living quarters. The penthouses offer a wok burner, wine fridges, built-in coffee machines and microwaves, integrated fridge, and filtered water supply, complete with home automation of motorised curtains, speakers and air conditioning.

Spyre Group is a specialist property company focused on residential development, having worked on more than $200 million worth of projects in South East Queensland, with services ranging from identifying new opportunities, to design and execution.

The penthouses were designed by one of Australia’s leading multi-disciplinary practices Cottee Parker, bringing a unique understanding of the sub-tropical indoor and outdoor lifestyle to the project.

Dunn and Moran were the landscape architects behind the project, carefully examining how individuals live and connect in West End, and bringing this knowledge to the delivery.

Soko Skyhomes is located a mere two kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, with access to an abundance of restaurants, retail, bars and transport options in South Bank’s entertainment precinct, located at 17-21 Duncan Street, West End.
