Lauded as the Best Vietnamese Restaurant in Brisbane in the I Love Food Awards in 2010 and 2012, bustling West End Chinese and Vietnamese eatery Trang Restaurant launched its revived summer menu to local guests on November 9.

Owner Maria Nguyen presented the tasting, and local councillor Jonathan Sri, member for the Liberal National Party (LNP) Simon Quinn, and local member for the Greens Party Amy McMahon.

The restaurant endeavours to only serve the finest in Asian cuisine, having recently been awarded the Favourite Queensland Vietnamese Restaurant in the I Love Food Awards. A passionate family business,¬†Trang’s delights diners with a range of mouth-watering meals.

Standout dishes range from the classic pho, satay and sizzling Mongolian stirfry, to contemporary twists like sea scallop in birds nest, and soy braised Chinese duck.

The diverse menu caters to all, with options for beef, chicken, pork, tofu, duck, seafood, and vegetarian for nearly every dish.

Visit Trang’s for lunch or dinner any day of the week, open until late, at 59 Hardgrave Road.
