The world we live in sees us each year inundated with drama whether world or national; natural disaster or politically driven or personal.

As 2014 draws to a close, we reflect on the year that has passed.  For most of us it has been a big year mentally, physically and spiritually. What we need to do is ask ourselves why we are so happy, tired, frustrated or drained by this past year and look into what has caused these emotions? We need to, as individuals, ask ourselves what we have personally learnt this year in our love life and know there is more than the physical aspect to this.

In our family life, and this may be a family we have created other than our birth family, have we been a good family member? If not, why not?

What did we learn about ourselves through our working lives? Are you happy doing what you do, if not have you started the steps to change? In the meantime, ensure you are giving your all no matter your position or task.

How is your health and fitness?

Financially have you controlled your funds and given yourself a set amount to blow, if you must?

These are just some questions we need to ask our inner self at times to understand who we are and where we are heading, so we can evolve this lifetime and so we can introduce positive change into the coming New Year.

As with a new day, a new year gives us the opportunity to grow and introduce positive change. Change your thoughts and you change your world. Always remember positive minds live positive lives.

This is the beginning of anything you want; always remember that your present situation is not your final destination.

You are amazing, remember that.
