West End’s Catchment Brewing Company is collaborating with Brisbane’s Ornith Brewing Co to create a batch brew for this year’s Beer InCider Experience at the Brisbane Showgrounds from Friday 21 to Saturday 22 September.

Beer InCider Experience founder Martin Keetels said the tasting event provides Brisbanites with a unique opportunity to enjoy all their favourite things in one location. “The Beer InCider Experience handpicks the best beer, cider, music, art and food to create an epic festival,” he said. “Not only will this year’s event have more breweries than ever before, it will also have more festival exclusive brews and collaborations.”

The unique beer, cider, music and food festival which provides festival goers an opportunity to sample the goods from local and independent breweries while enjoying some of Australia’s favourite music performers topped off with a tasty food offering. Only the finest breweries and cideries make it to the Beer InCider Experience where guests can purchase tasters of beers and ciders, and chat with the brewers.

There will be plenty of entertainment to support the main stage including intriguing roaming entertainers, games and a ping pong arena with stadium-style seating so multiple games can take place at once. The true beer aficionado will be satisfied with the opportunity to meet many of the brewers in person to discuss the intricate details that produced the fruits of their labour. If that’s not enough beer lovers can grab a seat at the Brewer Stage presented by Aether Brewing for a program of Q&A sessions and lively debates. Punters will not go hungry with Brisbane’s favourite food trucks in attendance dishing up the perfect burger, pizza or barbecue to suit your beverage. Plus, in a Beer InCider first, some of Brisbane’s fave restaurants will be popping up to serve their most famous dishes.
