The first of three sold out concerts starring Birds of Tokyo and The Queensland Symphony Orchestra (QSO) took off on 11 February. The concert collaboration, which took place the Concert Hall at The Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC), marked the release of Birds of Tokyo’s brand-new string-laden album, Human Design. The band was joined by the 50 members of QSO for an evening that showcased brand new music as well as reinterpretations of signature Birds of Tokyo classics.
