Medibank Feel Good Program 2020
The Medibank Feel Good Program is returning to South Bank and Queen’s Park this year. This series, Bollywood dance will be added to the South Bank program on Thursday evenings, complementing a wide ranging and growing dance-focused lineup. Bollywood is guaranteed to get your belly-dancing into shape and feeling great – all for free! In addition to dancing, all the usual suspects: yoga, tai chi, zumba, pilates and bootcamps will be offered. New additions include barre, mums & bubs and an aqua class held in South Bank’s Boat Pool. All classes are run by qualified instructors from Goodlife Health Clubs or certified dance and yoga trainers. See the full class timetable here.
