Chef Adam Lane is welcomed for One Night Only at Bacchus via Yamagen QT Gold Coast, Sake in Sydney and Tetsuya’s before cooking beside Nobu Matshlsa at the famed Nobu and with David Thompson at London’s Nahm. The brainchild of Bacchus Head Chef Massimo Speroni, The One Night Only Series is intended to celebrate flavours from all over Australia, under the culinary direction of the chefs that have a passion in those areas.
