Stockwell has announced its latest residential development at Ferry Rd. The new project will be a mix of two and three bedroom apartments, targeted towards owner occupiers.
Comprising only 60 apartments, James Richards, development manager for Stockwell, said the project sets itself apart from the competition due to its size, finishes and make up. “Ferry Rd. is a small, boutique development, all apartments have luxury finishes, have been designed for living and there are only two and three bedroom homes,” Mr Richards said. “We know there’s a market of people wanting to move out of large homes and live a maintenance-free, inner-city lifestyle but who are money savvy and aren’t looking at that million plus price range.”
