Fish Lane Festival will return to South Brisbane’s most iconic laneway on Saturday 11 May. Now in its fourth year, Fish Lane Festival continues to showcase restaurants, bars, and retailers from the vibrant precinct putting Fish Lane as a premier food and drink destination.

Festival-goers will be able to flow along a steady stream of gourmet street eat stalls and pop-up bars while getting down to some of Brisbane’s best emerging live bands and DJs from midday until 10pm. As the precinct continues to grow and evolve, so too has the food program for 2019 with exciting new additions and flavours confirmed.

Michael Zaicek of Aria Property Group said he is excited for the festival to return for another year. “We love putting this event on for the local community and showing off Australia’s premier dining and arts precinct. It’s always special – being the day before Mother’s Day and 2019 promises to be the biggest and best yet,” he said.

A much-anticipated fresh face making their Fish Lane Festival debut is vegan burger bar Grass Fed who will appear alongside The Fox Hotel, Julius Pizzeria and Saccharomyces Beer Cafe. Another newcomer to the festival is Only Specialty Coffee with a boutique coffee which will keep visitors buzzing all night. Complimenting the carefully curated food lineup is a selection of premium pop-up bars offering craft cocktail, beer, wine and spirits and a hand-picked program of music and entertainment that will bring the lane-way to life.
