New to the Brisbane foodie scene is the modern and funky Gabba & Co, a recently opened restaurant and bar in the heart of Woolloongabba.

Its multi-cuisine menu offers a large assortment of entrees, mains and sides as well as breakfast, drinks and coffee. There is also a bar menu for when you are just stopping by for a drink and a nibble. Entrees entice with options such as Baked Camembert with Honey, Roasted Bone Marrow and Salpicon of Salmon.

To further wet your whistle there is a wide variety of mains sure to suit a diversity of palates. If you are after something exotic with a local touch, the Gabba Ale braised goat is for you. There are options to suit everyone including vegetarian and vegan, these include Grilled Cauliflower with black beans and salsa or three layers vegetable tortilla.

Gabba & Co includes a range of sides for their dinner menu that they know you will want. The sides are homely with a very exotic touch including, cheesy potato mash or green beans and pine nuts with brown butter.

If you cannot decide ask for the Chefs Choice and you will be brought an assortment of share dishes for the table. Their assortment of desserts are as many as their after dinner drinks. A make your own sundae and sticky black rice are on offer among others and are sure to please.
