Chef in Residence David Tsirekas at Nostimo Restaurant Bar hosted a long table degustation dinner with matched wines with more than 30 guests to celebrate local produce from the beautiful Peloponnese region on Thursday 22 November. Diners indulged in an eight-course culinary journey through the Peloponnese created by David Tsirekas that included Fried Barramundi Savoro, Baked goat and macaroni filo pie, and Sauteed spinach with garlic and orange. The long table dinner took place on the Grand Balcony, the newest addition to The Greek Club complete with coveted city skyline views.
