This week I spent some time savouring the delights at Onstyle West End on Boundary Street.

Onstyle has long been a treasure trove of fantastic jewellery, accessories and clothing – with the promise of a bargain sale rack outside its doors daily – one that has been extremely hard for me to resist on many an occasion.

Onstyle has been my one stop shop for gifts for girlfriends, sisters and mothers ever since I’ve lived locally, I can always find something beautiful and unique to give me present envy… in fact, I may have kept a ‘gift’ for myself once or twice.

We’ve put a couple of unique looks together for you this week; all available in store at Onstyle now.

Look 1; Colour-pop shorts

These shorts instantly caught my eye; high-waisted and beautifully cut – these are perfectly paired with heels and a casual monochrome jumper or shirt and add a bit of bling to complement these bottoms.

I chose this top for its sheer design – allowing the shorts to be the real ‘hero’ of this look.

We’re lucky that it’s still warm enough in Brissy that shorts are still on the menu so far this Winter – take advantage while you can!

Look 2; Sequins and tights

This jumper is a perfect example of how Winter fashion can still be dressy (it’s not all doom and gloom as the mercury drops, guys!!).

Add a bit of sparkle to your look with this jumper – perfectly teamed with black jeans or tights, as we’ve chosen to show you here. I love the sheer lining on this piece; it adds a really feminine edge.

Look 3; Basic black… with a twist

On first glance, I thought this was a jumpsuit and so I grabbed it with gusto (I have been on the hunt for the perfect one for one for ages). Once I had this piece in the dressing room however, I soon realised a jumpsuit it was not! But rather, a very unique off-the-shoulder maxi dress (And I was quite delighted at this delayed discovery as it turned out!)

The thing I love most about this piece is its versatility. It could easily be worn pool-side over a bikini and just as easily pulled out for a special dinner/occasion or worn out on the town. I love its wide sleeve and the thigh-high slit – very glam!

Look 4; Winter woollies

I suppose it would be remiss of me to not acknowledge that we are actually now in Winter (hello, June… where did you come from!?). This look is for those cold Winter days that are (surely) coming soon.

I love, love, love this fluffly shawl-like jumper and was instantly drawn to its softness. It can be perfectly teamed with black leggings (leather-look would be ideal) and works just as well with a pair of dark denims – as we’ve shown you here.

Happy first week of Winter!

A xx
