Mentality… As individuals it is very important to remember we are always in control of our life, as before coming to this world this life, we have chosen a destiny to live and learn from.
I see on a daily basis people letting life control them instead of them being in control of life. This means we are also in control of our mind, and a positive mind will always live a positive life. People worry too much about what society thinks of them, what family, friends and work colleagues think of them. The only person that needs to focus on you and bring on change is staring at you in the mirror.
I see all to often people being mentally affected by others actions, words, beliefs and way of life. The outside world can invite us to become upset, but we ultimately accept the invitation.
What we must learn to do is train our mind to see the positive life lessons in all our life experiences.
All to often people are turning to quick fix drugs to cure their negative emotions such as depression, anxiety, stress or aggression however the best medication is meditation.
Meditation helps you control your thoughts coming to mind and helps you find inner peace and calmness. Mastering your thoughts and learning to control them will help you discover a positive life, as you will learn to change any thought in your mind causing these negative emotions and you will replace them with positive thoughts you have learned to master through meditation.
We all know how life can be tough, as we will go through heartache, ups, downs, losses, war, terror, debts and struggles however instead of letting these experiences bring us down or cause negative emotions, learn to see the positive life lessons and find an inner peace and compassion and then continue to move forward with your life.
At the end of this life we will all return home to thespirit world and all we take with us is our life lessons, so let your lessons all be positive.
