Gastropub The Montague Hotel has launched a new seasonal restaurant menu and weekly live entertainment in time for the Australian Open.

The new summer menu, launched in November, features green asparagus linguini with Serrano prosciutto, topped with sage leaves, blistered cherry tomatoes and lemon infused olive oil.

The squid ink linguini has also been added to the abundant menu, combining black mussels, prawns, pancetta, parsley, olive oil, lemon, and a touch of chilli.

The brisket has had a face lift, with the 200 day grain fed Tender Valley beef accompanied by a ranch slaw, roasted chats, sour cream, chives, and cider jus.

The macadamia crusted chicken fillet has also been revived with buffalo mozzarella, semi dried tomato, devilled chats and a rose and basil infused sauce.

The Hotel is also adding spritz to the summertime tennis season, partnering with Italian aperitif brand Aperol to offer two Aperol Spritz cocktails alongside a cheese and charcuterie board for $39.

The West End local, known for its comfort food menu and craft beer selection, has also launched its $12 express lunch menu, including a variety of wraps and burritos.

Although the Hotel boasts 17 premium and craft beers on tap, the signature espresso martini has become a popular choice for a Sunday session sip.

Diners can also enjoy live entertainment year-round, with The Montague Hotel promising live entertainment each week.

The Montague Hotel is open seven days a week until late, and is located at 363 Montague Road.
