Hola amigas y amigos! The Ole Restaurant Group is opening a new restaurant offering a variety of authentic Mexican cuisine. Opening soon at South Bank, Mucho Mexicano is ready to begin the fiesta on the evening of June 13 at Shop 15, Little Stanley Street.

On the Mucho Mexicano menu are street bites, burritos, tacos in addition to mains, salads and desserts. They also offer the option to build your own tacos and are introducing ‘The Mother Of All Tacos’, which includes the delectable chipotle braised brisket, crispy pork belly and slow cooked lamb shoulder all accompanied with tortillas, salsa, fresca, guacamole and sour cream.

“It’s communal eating with a spirit of sharing, feasting and fiesta and we know that Brisbane will love it”, adds Wayne Mountford, the Head Chef.

Mexicans are not complete without their famous tequilas and of course, margaritas! Mucho Mexicano serves these along with the appetizing delicacies, prepared in the margarita bar on the ground level of their restaurant.

Mucho Mexicano has two levels and while you can dine indoor and outdoor at the ground floor, there is the ‘Pinata Room’ upstairs that can house a function with 60 people. The restaurant has a very fun and frolic decoration with street art done by local Brisbane artist, Sarah Jane Bradley.

This restaurant will be open all through the week from 11 am till late and they are also planning on launching breakfast on the weekends.
