Night Before will be open every Friday and Saturday from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM starting 3 November.
An attachable black and pink Night Before sign will herald the evening dining experience.
The venue aims to bring friends together to share food and drinks in a trendy, intimate environment replete with dimmed lighting, candles, and music.
Mother and son duo Soula and Yianni Passaris’ passion for local foods, present on their breakfast and lunch menus, will extend to the new addition.
Food options will include dishes like oysters, cured meat boards, crispy chicken boas, beef short ribs and various curries, all paired with wine, beer and cocktails. The food will be designed for sharing, with smaller and larger plates also available.
“We want people to enjoy the night before, indulge the morning after,” said Yianni.
