Food-lovers will feast on signature dishes and innovative new tastes from the likes of @Roll Up, offering a selection of roti rolls; Donburi Station with Tokyo Tacos, Osaka Noodles and Japanese Fried Dumplings; Gelato Messina with a sampling of delectable desserts; and a selection of offerings from local favourite Chu The Phat. Other stall holders include Hoy Pinoy, Waffleland, Teppanyaki Noodles, The Original Korean Twistto Potato, Puffle, POKLOL & Shallot Thai. Also confirmed are Bangkok Street Food, Steamed Dim Sum, Bao Brothers, Little Kyoto, and more. Both sweet and savoury delights will be on offer to satisfy any food cravings. Noodle-goers can also enjoy a range of wines from the Barossa and Eden Valleys with the Jacob’s Creek Barossa Signature range, and explore a range of delicious craft beers that are full of character.

To make things quick and easy, the markets are also cash-free, so guests can spend less time queuing and more time enjoying the night. Cash cards to the value of $50 can also be purchased on the night from the information hub and all major cards are accepted.
