It isn’t every day that theatre goers are treated to a mix of fantasy, fun, silliness and music.
Potted Potter is a true parody of all Harry Potter books, told in just over an hour. Actors Ben Stratton and James Percival are a delight to watch on stage as they tell the stories with a variety of snappy tricks, hats and props.
Whether you’ve grown up with the Harry Potter series or are keen to introduce it to your own kids, it is a marvel to go see; every minute that goes by is jam-packed with entertainment. Highlights include a game of Quidditch (within the audience!), magic wands and gadgets like the deluminator, witty portrayals of the characters, song and dance numbers, and some interesting revelations about the book that you may have missed while reading it.
