QPAC officially reopened on the 29 September with two Queensland Symphony Orchestra concerts – Reel Classics was performed at 11.30am and 4pm and was sold out. The QSO returned to its beloved Concert Hall, which was operating at 50 per cent capacity. The audiences adored the performances, as did the musicians. There were actually some tears on both sides as the music filled QPAC, and the QSO made the rafters ring.
