Queensland Theatre has a new name, new look and new season. The fresh design, company name and plans for 2017 were launched on Monday September 12 at an event guests won’t forget at the Bille Brown Studio in South Brisbane. Aiming to innovate theatre not only in Queensland but across the country, Queensland Theatre is incorporating diversity within their shows, performers and locations. Promoting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander productions, gender equality and varied backgrounds within their team, there is bound to be something for every theatre lover in their 2017 season.
