Ingredients
- 45 grams Japanese Rice
- 15 grams fresh cut Salmon
- 15 grams fresh cut Kingfish
- 15 grams fresh cut Red Snapper
- 15 grams fresh cut Tuna
- 20 grams Tamago
- 15 grams Japanese Crabstick
- 25 grams Thin slice Avocado
- 5 grams Japanese Tobiko
Method
- Put the Japanese sushi rice inside of the bowl
- Mould it into a round shape
- Slowly place remaining ingredients on the top of the rice
- Add garnish for visual affect
