The annual Regional Flavours festivities took over the South Bank Parklands with delicious wine, food, and live entertainment on Saturday, July 15 and Sunday, July 16. Showcasing the state’s best produce, more than 80 different stalls offering up tasty regional flavours straight from the farm. A host of celebrity chefs from across the country made an appearance for free cooking demonstrations, including Gary Mehigan, George Calombaris and Matt Preston from MasterChef, and Tobie Puttock, head of Jamie Oliver’s Australian restaurants.
