Emporium Hotel South Bank, Brisbane’s five-star luxury boutique hotel, recently welcomed the addition of Piano Bar to its culinary collection which includes Belle Epoque, The Terrace and Signature. The Piano Bar boasts an elegant and informal vibe, exuding class and exclusivity. Now offering an even more extravagant experience with its introduction of Rouge Hour, a sophisticated approach to Happy Hour.

Located on the ground level of the hotel adjacent to the lobby, the Piano Bar is great for a quick post-work drinks spot or a sophisticated lounge experience for special occasions or a mid-week and weekend catch up with friends.

Featuring a stunning grand piano, which is played as part of a live entertainment program from Wednesday to Sunday; a magnificent curved bar, a custom-made chandelier; and bespoke furniture, the Piano Bar is launching Rouge Hour on Monday 3 June and will feature a stunning selection of signature cocktails, champagne, and tap beers at special prices.

With the launch of Rouge Hour, five new cocktails have been released for diners tasting pleasure. Including the South Side of the Bridge with Brookies Gin, fresh basil, finger lime and sugar, the Bittersweet Symphony, with Beefeater Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth, orange & prosecco foam, the Puttin’On the Ries, which includes delicious Australian Riesling, Elderflower Liquor, soda, peach foam, and raspberry pearls, Re-newed Fashioned is their take on an Old Fashioned with Spiced Cacao Nibs infused Rye Whiskey, sugar syrup and chocolate bitters, and the Blame it on the Okar, with Okar, Aperol, Mumm Rosé Sparkling and rhubarb bitters.

To complement your cocktails there is a selection of dining options is also available with Clyde River Rock Oysters, Chicken Liver Parfait with toasted brioche and whole Baked Camembert wheel with pear and walnut salad to name just a few.

Rouge Hour is running between 5 and 7 pm, Monday through to Friday until the end of December.
