Scholarships available for new Senior High School Opening in Spring Hill!

A 21-year resident of the education landscape in Spring Hill offering the Foundation Year for The University of Queensland, IES College is now an authorised IB World School, offering the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme to Year 11 and 12 students.

Building on its proud reputation for delivering high-quality, innovative educational experiences, the expansion of IES’s educational programme sees IES College become Brisbane’s only independent, co-educational and secular senior high school to exclusively deliver the internationally recognised IB Diploma Programme, and enrolments are now open for Year 11, 2021.

To celebrate this new milestone, IES College offers a number of full tuition fee scholarships, covering the cost of Year 11 and 12 tuition fees! The scholarships are available for Australian citizens and permanent residents only.

IES College scholarships include Academic Excellence, Diversity and United against COVID-19 scholarships.

ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIP

IES College’s academic scholarships is awarded to students who demonstrate academic excellence and values of respect, responsibility and compassion. The scholarship is awarded based on previous academic reports and a 300 word statement on the topic ‘What personal and academic attributes do you possess which will allow you to succeed as a student of the International Baccalaureate Programme?’

DIVERSITY & BELONGING SCHOLARSHIP

IES College strives to advocate for an inclusive, diverse, and accepting community. The IES College Diversity & Belonging Scholarship is designed to award talented students who have been traditionally underrepresented on college campuses, and who are culturally, ethnically, or racially diverse. We especially encourage applications from first nations people. We also encourage applications from students of diverse genders, bodies, and sexualities.

UNITED AGAINST COVID-19 SCHOLARSHIP

Under the strain that is facing many families during the COVID-19 outbreak, IES College is opening up a new scholarship. The United Against COVID-19 Scholarship will allow families who are experiencing financial hardship to receive a full tuition fee scholarship for the duration of the student’s two years at IES College.
