International champagne expert Tyson Stelzer hosted Stokehouse Q’s Champagne Bienvenue dining event on Thursday 22 March. The evening was a perfect autumn night, featuring a three-course menu designed by Executive Chef Richard Ousby, matched with five premium wines selected by Stelzer. The line up of French wines included names such as Louis Roederer, Bollinger, Andre Clouet, and Agrapart.
