Nostimo Restaurant & Bar’s Chef in Residence David Tsirekas hosted a Summer Sunset Menu Tasting with more than 50 invited guests that sampled the latest summer additions that celebrate classic Greek dishes in a modern way on Wednesday 9 January. Diners indulged in a nine-course culinary journey that celebrated the produce, quality, seasonality and freshness of Greek cuisine. Dishes included Greek classics Vine Dolmathes and Chicken Souvlaki as well as contemporary favourites the Haloumi Filo, David’s original signature Pork Belly Baklava, and Caramel Baklava Ice Cream. The tasting took place on the Grand Balcony, the newest addition to The Greek Club complete with coveted city skyline views.
